About Sukha Vacation House
Sukha Vacation House is a place where you can connect with nature and your inner spirit. Located on the heart of nature, it invites you to relax your eyes in the greenest of the greens, dive into the diversity of Međimurje and immerse yourself in the healing power of the fresh air. Step from the house right into nature or discover what Međimurje has to offer.
Main Challange
The biggest challenge was to establish a new holiday home in a market that is already saturated with holiday homes. Lack of online visibility of the new house as well as the brand. Also, the problem was the low price of the competition from which we want to differentiate ourselves.
Goals
create a holiday home in nature with an emphasis on mindfulness
provide 4 star services
get the "Wow" effect when guests arrive
to have guests every weekend as well as all holidays, at a price higher than the competition
get 500 Instagram and Facebook followers in the first 6 months of opening the house
get at least 15 inquiries per week
What we did?
For Sukha Holiday Home we have created a complete marketing strategy based on Mindfulness holiday in nature. As the house does not have a sauna and whirlpool, we decided to promote the mindfulness activities offered by the house garden as well as nature in the area. We have created a guide that brings Mindfulness exercises (breathing exercises, mindfulness eating, etc.), and we have offered guests free tools and techniques with which they can improve the quality of their lives. We have designed a website in two languages that allows guests to get more information about the house, but also activities in the destination. We integrated Rentl.io Channel Manager which enables direct booking of accommodation. Channel Manager is connected to Booking.com and AirBnb booking platforms to make booking as easy as possible.
